Bio to come…

Rachel Cooper, Councilwoman

My name is Rachel Cooper. I have been a citizen of Silver Grove for twelve years where I live with my husband, two sons, and our dog.  Long before then, I spent my childhood in the city: spending weekends with my grandparents, attending Silver Grove Christian Church, volunteering at the Silver Grove Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Fish Fry, and enjoying my favorite Reese Cup blitz at the Dari Bar.

I earned my bachelor’s degree and master’s degree at Northern Kentucky University. My career experience includes eight years of teaching at Newport High School where I served as lead for a professional learning community.  I am now in my second year of teaching at Campbell County High School.

I am happy to be serving as your councilwoman, and working to make this a safe and enjoyable community for everyone.
